1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between 777h and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 777h platform at 777h.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, "the Platform").

777h operates an online sports betting and casino gaming service designed for adult players in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where such access is lawfully permitted. The Platform offers cricket betting, live dealer casino games, slot games, and related services. All interactions on the Platform — including account registration, deposit, wagering, and withdrawal — are governed by these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 777h Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 777h Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777h strictly prohibits access by minors. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a user is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful where you are located.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party when registering or operating a 777h account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or associate of 777h, or a close family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or had a 777h account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

777h reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access betting, casino, and payment features on 777h, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all 777h accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one active account. Creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• KYC Verification: 777h operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in line with standard anti-money laundering ("AML") compliance requirements. You may be required to submit a copy of your Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. 777h reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification documents are received.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 777h will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. Report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777h are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 777h does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processors not explicitly listed as accepted methods.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the name of the registered 777h account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether intentional or incidental — may be reversed and the associated funds withheld pending investigation.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the 777h deposit page and may be updated from time to time. Deposits below the minimum will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 777h reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and not guaranteed; processing may take longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• 777h does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are not within 777h's control.
• Any balance on a 777h account is held for your benefit as a player. 777h does not pay interest on held balances.

5. Betting Rules & Sports Wagering

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting conducted through the 777h sportsbook. Sport-specific rules are published separately within the betting section of the Platform.

• All bets are accepted and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, unless 777h has identified an obvious pricing error, in which case the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Bets are final upon confirmation. Confirmed bets may not be amended or cancelled by the user. In-play bets are subject to settlement rules specific to the market and event type.
• In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules. Where no specific rule applies, 777h's settlement decision will be final.
• 777h reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, impose maximum payout limits, or decline to accept any bet at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• PSL and international cricket betting markets are subject to ICC and PCB event regulations. Where an event outcome is subject to a formal appeal or DRS reversal, settlement will follow the final official result.

6. Casino Games & Fairness

777h's casino section, including live dealer tables and slot games, is powered by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and PG Soft. The following terms apply:

• All RNG-based casino and slot games use certified random number generation technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session.
• Live dealer games use physical cards and dice handled by professional dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are not computer-generated.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or interrupted live dealer stream — 777h's standard resolution procedure will apply. Partially completed rounds will be settled in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and room type. These limits are displayed within each game prior to participation.

7. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

777h offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria for each offer — including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying game types, and account standing — are detailed at the time of the offer.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game contributions are specified in the offer terms.
• 777h reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, using low-risk betting patterns to extract bonus value, or coordinating with other users — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential permanent account closure.
• Free bets and free spins, where offered, are subject to maximum winnings caps as specified in the relevant offer terms. Winnings above the stated cap will not be credited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777h Platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in betting or casino games.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corruption involving sporting events available for betting on 777h, including PSL fixtures or international cricket matches.
• Colluding with other players in poker or live casino games to manipulate outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds of criminal origin. 777h cooperates with relevant financial intelligence authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required by applicable law.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or promotional limitations.
• Exploiting software errors or miscalculated odds without reporting them to 777h. Any such exploitation will result in the voiding of related bets and clawback of any winnings derived from the error.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing access to your 777h account with any third party.

9. Responsible Gaming

777h is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered users from within the account settings section:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to betting and casino features for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily block your account from all 777h gaming activity. Self-exclusions apply across the entire platform — sportsbook, casino, and slots.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

777h reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A court order or direction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and carries a zero or negligible balance.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, 777h reserves the right to withhold any balances pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to have arisen from prohibited conduct, it will be forfeited. Legitimate balances on accounts closed for administrative reasons (e.g., inactivity) will be returned to the verified payment method on file following satisfactory identity confirmation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 777h support. Any pending bets at the time of closure request will be settled normally and the resulting balance processed for withdrawal.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777h Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and the 777h brand identity — is the intellectual property of 777h or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 777h content without express written authorisation from 777h.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777h shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or delays beyond 777h's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any betting or gaming decisions you make on the Platform. Sports betting and casino gaming involve risk and 777h makes no representations regarding the likelihood of any outcome.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777h's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Amendments to These Terms

777h reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction in which 777h is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the 777h support process will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures specified in 777h's licensing framework.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute process, users are encouraged to contact 777h support to attempt an informal resolution. 777h commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within a reasonable timeframe and handling all disputes in good faith.
